Online research is now entering its second stage. The first stage was all about gaining acceptance as a credible methodology, and whilst legitimate concerns remain online research is now well established (we have conducted several studies comparing online with offline research).
The second stage is all about realising the full potential of online research – looking at what we can do with online that we cannot do with more traditional f2f or telephone surveys.
Using Continental IQ (Interactive Questionnaires) we look to maximise the potential of online research, making questionnaire much more visual and interactive for respondents.

People have a strong reaction to visual images and Continental IQ enables us to move away from batteries of repetitive attitude statements. Interactive Questionnaires enable us to blur the boundaries between quantitative and qualitative research, enabling us to gain qualitative in-depth insight from quantitative sized samples.
